  • What does CBD mean?

  • Where do you get your hemp from?

Our hemp is grown locally in Los Angeles 

  • As a new user, what CBD product should I try first?

Start with little amount of CBD, then increase it as usage demands. We recommend the dropper CBD products for a start because you can easily begin with small drops. You can then add more drops if necessary.

  • What product do you recommend as best for me?

We offer different methods of taking CBD, and you knowing which one works best for you is the answer to which of the products you will stick with. All CMI CBD products work for the same things, it is just the mode of intake that differs. Check out our products page to read more on how to use our products.

  • Do your products contain THC?

Not at all. None of CMI CBD products does.

  • How do I order or ship?

As long as you are in any of the 50 U.S states, you are covered, but if you want it shipped outside of the U.S, read up on the laws guiding importing in your country. To order or ship, just place your order on our website, after which you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 24-72 business hours.

  • Is there any provision for reporting missing order/package?

Report first to your local post office, then if they still can’t figure out where the problem came from, kindly call or email us with your order tracking number and other related details.

  • Is there a limit to the quantity of CBD I take?

People experience different effects based on their intake but we recommend that you begin your CBD journey with little intakes, then increase dosage as required over time.

  • Will taking CBD mess up my drug tests?

Our CBD isolate products do not contain THC, and feedback from past costomers show that users passed their drug tests with no trace of THC.

  • Is there a lab report/COA?

  • What does Endocannabinoid System mean?

The endocannabinoid system is crucial to the overall health as it contains endocannabinoids as well as their receptors. The receptors can be found in the connective tissue, brain, immune cells, and glands. The endocannabinoid system is mainly responsible for keeping the body balanced at homeostasis.

  • My dropper changed color, why?

When you expose your coconut oil based dropper to heat, air or sunlight, there is a possibility that its color might change from the normal to purple or pink. However, there’s nothing to worry about as the content of your dropper remains unchanged and effective.

  • Can I become a wholesaler? How?
